Most orders will be shipped (within 1 -3 business days) United States Postal Service and seldom ship via UPS. Delivery times can vary, but expect up to 10 business days. For EXPRESS shipping: all orders received after 12:30pm MST will be processed the next business day(Does not include weekends). To prevent your order being delayed, include mobile, your daytime phone & a valid email address. We may need to contact you with questions regarding your order. NO Orders are shipped after 2:00pm MST weekdays. Our Office, Operational, and Shipping hours are: Monday – Friday and closed for all major holidays and Pioneer Day (July 24th).

All additional shipping charges will apply for incorrect or incomplete mailing addresses. Shipments without apartment or suite numbers where applicable will be charged additional postage upon delivery.
Orders delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and other International destinations will be charged a Standard US Postal Rate or Standard International Postage Rate according to Country status. The customer is responsible for all taxes and duties.
If you are not pleased with any purchase simply return the merchandise for an exchange or refund by mail or at any one of our Retail store locations. At White Elegance, our job isn’t complete until our customers are satisfied. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt.
Exchanges and Returns
To Items must be Unused, Unworn, & with Original Tags attached to be exchanged or returned in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. No returns or exchanges available on personalized envelopes, hankies and/or bracelets. All Returns & Exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt.
For returns, simply place the items in the box with the invoice. Be sure to include your credit card number that you wish to be credited and a brief note explaining the return. Ship insured packages to the below address. Allow 30 days for credit to show on your statement.

To exchange an item, place it in the box with a copy of your invoice and the appropriate return form completed explaining what you want replaced or refunded. Be sure to include your shipping address and am email address. Allow upto 2 weeks for exchanges, unless otherwise stated. Return shipping charges are always the responsibility of the customer, (except in the case of a manufacturer’s defect or shipping error, which require pre-authorization by calling in 1-800-628-4742 M – F 8:00am-4:00pm MST). Return shipping costs will be back-charged against any credit/refund owed. In the case of an Exchange, a credit card must be provided for this purchase, unless other arrangements are made.
