Behind The Scenes At White Elegance

Founders, Anna Barbieri and Tamera Perkins, were recently dragged from behind their tape measures, bolts of fabrics and computer screen to tell their story of starting White Elegance twenty five years ago.  Their persistence, grit and love of what they do created a gem in the apparel industry.  We think you’ll enjoy taking a look behind the scenes of what goes into creating clothing masterpieces and a successful business.  Share this inspirational story with your friends because at the end of the video you’ll see that White Elegance isn’t just a clothing company.

I would like to request a bolero length sweater that would warm me but not get entangled in the ordinance clothing. My preference would be a V’d neckline not to interfere with various dress necklines. I further thought if the bodice of this sweater was lined it could have a pocket in the lining on each side for a family name on one side & a tissue on the other side. Having the stretch of sweater kind of fabric would be good on the arm portions.

I just want to tell you that I love the two-piece lace dress I purchased a little over a year ago. Every time I wear it when I serve in the Temple I get so many compliments about it. It is the first dress that I have purchased as I have either sewn or knit my previous dresses. Thank you. When you sent me the email with a picture of the dress in it I fell in love with it and “just had to have it.” I am so glad that I gave in.
