Excellent quality & outstanding customer service. The fabric quality, stitching, finishing & measurement of both this bonnet/cuff/collar & Mob Cap set I ordered are excellent. These are not one-use & done costume items, but clearly made to last me & my girls for years to come. As well, I wrote to question what seemed to be a too-high shipping cost after I'd placed my order. It turns out I had made an error but in investigating it, the representative found an error in the store listed shipping weight as well. She adjusted the shipping & added an additional discount too. I am impressed by both the quality of my items & the extraordinary courtesy of the representative. Thank you. I look forward to ordering again.
