These beautiful beads are made from colored scrap paper found in magazines then strung in a variety of necklaces. ALL PROCEEDS go to The MPENDO PACKER FOUNDATION whose mission is to engage with children, parents and community members through promoting spiritual, education, health and rural community development projects in Uganda. They are a holistic care program that was initiated as a response to the overwhelming number of orphaned children and vulnerable women in Uganda, whose lives have been ravaged by domestic violence, poor hygiene and disease. Mpendo necklaces are approx. 30-34 inches.
