understand the White Elegance Distributor Program, please read the following Frequently Asked Questions: What is a White Elegance Rep or Distributor? A White Elegance Representative is someone who represents White Elegance by selling our line of LDS temple clothing to those interested in their area.
This is best accomplished when run as a home-based business, by someone who is available to schedule appointments both in the day and evenings so as to be convenient for customers. Reps must also be willing to host ‘showings’ or ‘an open house’ in the homes of others. Reps buy White Elegance products from the company at wholesale and then sell those products to customers at retail. Can I be the White Elegance Rep in my area? Maybe, It depends on where you are? We are
currently looking for reps in the following areas: San Diego California, St. Louis Missouri, Vernal Utah, Oakland CA, White Plains NY, Belmont Mass, Nashville TN, Oahu Hawaii, Kona Hawaii, Oakdale City, Minnesota, Birmingham Alabama, Memphis TN, Baton Rouge Louisiana, Palmyra NY, Atlanta Georgia, Oklahoma, Medford Oregon, Boise Idaho, and Australia, among others. What does it cost to become a Representative for White Elegance? The Initial investment is approx. $1800, that
amount consists of the stock that you´ll need to have on hand for customers to try on when they come to your home to see the White Elegance line. This amount does not get you every size in every style but you will receive a good variety of items that are representative of what White Elegance has to offer Can you bill me for my initial order or subsequent orders, can I have a 30 day net? White Elegance is not set up to handle accounts receivable, All reps will have a credit
card on file that is charged when orders are shipped. This saves time over billing or waiting for checks in the mail and your customers can receive their items as quickly as possible. For accounting and tax purposes we recommend that you have a credit card that is just used for White Elegance. Are there health benefits? Other than blessings? When you become a rep for White Elegance you are not an employee for the company, but rather a distributor of the
product, so no there are no company fringe benefits. Do I get exclusive rights to my area or territory? As far as White Elegance is concerned there are no territories, Reps are free to market to friends and family in other areas. We have started an Internet affiliate program to assist reps in sales with far away friends and family members. Internet marketing other than this is discouraged because personal customer service tends to suffer.
Will there be more reps put in my area? That all depends on how well you are covering the area. If you are covering an area well then we won´t normally put another home rep within an hour or so driving time. In some areas one rep can cover well, in others, because of distance, more than one might be needed.
We´ve found that many areas can easily support two reps with no problem. You will not find a White Elegance Rep on every corner. We realize that the investment is a large one and we want it to be worth the investment for you. We know that the customers are out there, you just have to do a little looking and let them know what you have to offer. How do you know if an area is being covered well? Reps are subject to a quarterly wholesale minimum of $1000 in orders to be
considered ‘active’. Your sales are tracked and reviewed quarterly, and you are required to meet the minimum 3 out of 4 quarters per year. What if I break my leg and can´t meet the minimum? That´s why you have one quarter per year that you don´t have to meet the minimum in order to stay active. We are people too and realize that things may happen and can throw us off balance for a while, i.e.
Birth of a baby, death in the family, health problems, extended illness or just a lull in business. That´s the reason for the 3 month break. Do I need a business license to sell White Elegance Products? Probably, But you´ll need to check with your individual city, as all cities are a little different in the steps required to run a home business. Is there sales support? You´ll receive periodic newsletters, and support, answers to questions and a binder
